Tom Sullivan currently serves as Commercial Account Manager at Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation in Chicago. He began his career with the company in 2019 as a Commercial Account Associate, where his dedication to meeting customer needs made him a trusted resource for title and escrow services. He has actively participated on various internal, cross-functional committees, demonstrating his commitment to continuous improvement and contributing to the overall success of the operation.
Tom takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and has established strong relationships both internally and externally. His adaptability, organizational skills, and customer-centric approach have made him an invaluable asset to NCS Chicago.

Tom is a Buffalo, NY native and currently resides in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. He is an active member of ULI Young Leaders and enjoys attending various industry events. He received his undergraduate degree in finance from Xavier University in 2018.
