Brad joined Chicago Title in 2006, and has been a perennial Million Dollar Club company award recipient every year since. Brad currently manages a diverse customer portfolio of over $4.5 million in annual company revenue, including large institutional lenders, Fortune 500 companies, developers, federal, city and county governmental entities, publicly traded REITS and major law firms.
Brad prides himself on delivering a value added single source solution through dedication and hard work. He is a strong advocate for his clients through effective communications, both internally and externally. With this value added approach, Brad has successfully closed a variety of complex single and multi-site transactions, including a $48 million USPS Post Office auction; a $160 million 13 site/ 50,000 acres agricultural farm refinance; a 22 states /300+ properties disposition for a franchisee of a popular fast food restaurant chain. $60 million re-development of a Chicago shopping center; and, a complex 10 site /$580 million Multi –Family housing portfolio.
My main focus is advocacy, communicating with and for my clients from the start of a transaction through closing. My experience in local and national commercial title insurance helps me understand the challenges while providing value, in transactions of all sizes.
Brad, and his wife and two boys, reside in Chicago, Illinois, where he spends the majority of his weekends watching his two sons play sports in college and high school. He enjoys golf, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Brad is also active in several professional organizations, including the Real Estate Investment Association (REIA) where he serves on the fundraising committee, and the Chicago Loop Alliance (CLA) where he serves on the membership committee.
