Brienne Berscheid serves as Vice President and Construction Escrow Manager for Chicago Title’s Chicago National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Brienne joined the company in 2013 as a claims counsel in the Omaha Claims Department. In her current role, she oversees the National Construction Disbursement Department to responsible for reviewing and administering construction escrow projects across the country. The National Construction Disbursing Department specializes in ground-up commercial developments, including stadiums, office towers, senior living facilities, and multi-family housing complexes.

Brienne has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, and Illinois State Bar Association. Brienne has lead presentations on national construction escrow agreements and mechanic’s lien underwriting for law firms and real estate development companies.
