Jeff York started as a title examiner with the Chicago Title Family 30 years ago, and now manages underwriting for some of the largest local commercial transactions in the Chicago metro area as Assistant Vice President and Assistant Regional Counsel for the Chicago National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Jeff works primarily with large law firms to lead underwriting efforts for multi-million dollar commercial deals for industrial, government and REIT projects in the Chicago area.

Jeff received his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University and is a frequent public speaker. He has presented real estate industry intelligence at the Chicago Bar Association and National Business Institute events and led a Construction Escrow webinar in 2011. Jeff is also an active member of the Chicago Bar Association.
