Kevin Parkinson serves as National Services Supervisor for Chicago Title's National Commercial Services (NCS) operation in Chicago, overseeing all post-closing matters. Working with nationally recognized customers, Kevin ensures state-by-state policy compliance and the coordination, preparation, and completion of multi-site / multi-state transactions. Prior to joining the National Commercial Services operation, he was a preliminary title examiner for Chicago Title agents in Cook and Lake Counties.

Kevin is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Chicago Bar Association, and also has his real estate license. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and currently resides in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago with his wife and two dogs.
