Mike Lisanti serves as Senior Vice President and Manager of Chicago Title NCS Chicago and has led both our local and national commercial operations. Combined these operations represent one of the largest commercial groups in the company, with more than 120 employees who provide title, escrow and construction escrow services to customers doing business in Chicago and around the country. Mike was credited with crafting a turnaround plan during the economic crisis of 2008 that included operational improvements and cost cutting strategies to keep the local commercial operation viable. He has consistently increased customer service standards during his 20-year tenure at Chicago Title and has developed new product and marketing ideas to positively impact the operation’s profit margin.

Mike received his Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois Law School in 1995 and his Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University in 2013. He serves on the John Marshall Law School Center for Real Estate Advisory Board.
