Ann has been with Chicago Title for almost 20 years and most recently with the National Commercial Services unit. She is a commercial underwriter for large, multi-million dollar transactions that affect Illinois property located in the Chicago metro area.  Ann is considered to be the "go-to person" for customers and staff by providing timely analysis and recommendations on technical underwriting questions.

Ann received her Juris Doctor from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law and is the author of two articles published by Chicago Title, one being our most recent #CTtalk article, Limited Liability Companies in Illinois .  She is also co-author of a chapter published by Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Ann enjoys attending hockey and baseball games, traveling with her husband and attending Czech social events.

Important Changes to the
City of Chicago Transfer Stamp Purchases & Penalties

Effective January 1, 2016, all City of Chicago transfer stamp purchases will be handled within MyDec, the online stamp purchasing website, established by the State of Illinois.

Paper forms will no longer be accepted by the City of Chicago. State of Illinois & County transfer tax forms are not affected by this change.
