Chicago Title’s NCS welcomed Patrick Palubin into the organization as an Assistant Vice President and Commercial Account Manager as a result of Fidelity National Financial’s (Chicago Title’s parent company) acquisition of Lawyers and Commonwealth. Pat was formerly a commercial sales representative for LandAmerica, where he serviced a variety of clients ranging from boutique firms and local developers to large national developers and law firms, as well as Fortune 500 corporations. Pat is looking forward to utilizing the extensive resources of the NCS to offer his customers the highest level of service and focused attention.
Pat’s title insurance expertise crosses practice areas as well as borders. In his formative years, he worked as both a residential and commercial closer before transitioning into a sales position. In addition, Pat has managed many multi-site transactions across the United States, as well as in Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. His ability to speak knowledgeably on local customs in numerous areas has helped him build a solid and loyal customer base.

Pat is a graduate of Lake Forest College and enjoys road trips to various parts of the country with his family, hiking and running. He recently moved from Naperville to Chicago with his wife and three daughters.
