Nava O'Donnell serves as an Escrow Associate for Chicago Title’s Chicago National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Joining the company in 2025, Nava brings more than 25 years of industry experience and a diverse background spanning financial services, banking management, mortgage lending, business analysis, process improvement, compliance, and customer relationship management.
In her role, Nava is responsible for preparing strict joint order escrow instructions, receiving and processing earnest money deposits, ensuring escrow funds are disbursed only upon properly executed joint orders, monitoring escrow expiration timelines, maintaining complete escrow records, and facilitating communication among buyers, sellers, attorneys, and internal team members. Her extensive industry knowledge and attention to detail help ensure smooth and efficient escrow transactions while delivering exceptional service to clients and partners.
Throughout her career, Nava has built a reputation for operational excellence, strong relationship management, and a commitment to process integrity. Her broad experience across multiple areas of financial services allows her to approach complex transactions with a well-rounded perspective and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Outside of the office, Nava is deeply committed to her community. She was honored as the 2016 SCC Youth Baseball & Softball Coach of the Year for Softball and dedicated 10 years to coaching youth athletics through the Spanish Community Center in Joliet, Illinois. Nava lives with her husband, Jeff, and their two dogs, Ares and Deimos.
Her passion for service, teamwork, and continuous improvement continues to make her a valued member of the Chicago Title NCS team.
