Shari Gross serves as Assistant Vice President, Senior Commercial Underwriter for Chicago Title's National Commercial Services (NCS) operation in Chicago. Shari began her career as an examiner in the local commercial department of NCS Chicago in 1997. In 2015, she transitioned to the NCS Import Group, where she works closely with other Chicago Title offices nationwide, underwriting local and multi-site commercial transactions including office buildings, industrial properties, multi-family complexes, and shopping centers.
Most recently, she was promoted to Team Lead of the NCS Import group, where she has already started to implement ideas to maximize team efficiencies. Shari manages some of the highest volume Import accounts, consistently maintaining the highest standards in servicing these accounts and delivering exceptional work products. Her hard work, dedication to the job and customers, and exemplary performance have made her a standout within the organization. In this new role, Shari will continue leading by example, fostering strong teamwork among her peers, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the company.

Shari is involved in her community and has participated in multiple marathons and triathlons for the Leukemia & Lymphomia Society. She enjoys the outdoors including walking, golfing, and playing pickleball. She also loves spending time with her family and cooking.
