Jennifer currently serves as Vice President and Executive Account Manager at Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services operation in Chicago. She began her real estate career as an examiner and escrow officer with Chicago Title 22 years ago, and returned to her alma mater 15 years ago in a sales and management capacity. Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge to the Chicago NCS team, having spent 10 years as a customer – most recently as an Assistant Vice President with Merrill Lynch Capital Services. Her experience at Equity Residential Properties and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP (Dentons) has instilled a strong customer perspective and understanding of how to best manage multi-site, multi-state transactions - some topping $1B in total portfolio value.

Having been a customer of Chicago Title for 10 years, prior to joining the company, allows me to add value and knowledge from a title and business perspective.

Jennifer has grown revenue over 200 percent with clients, such as Foley & Lardner, Baker & McKenzie, Katten Muchin Rosenman, Heitman, Waterton and Sterling Bay, earning her annual membership in the company’s President’s and Million Dollar clubs. As a proficient marketer, Jennifer also led efforts to develop a corporate identity for use at industry trade shows and events to promote new product offerings. She is a consummate networker and enjoys professional membership in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).

Jennifer earned a BA in Political Science from Eastern Illinois University and enjoys running and watersports. She lives in Wheaton with her husband and three daughters.
