Tom Sullivan currently serves as Commercial Account Manager at Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation in Chicago. He began his career with the company in 2019 as a Commercial Account Associate, where his dedication to meeting customer needs made him a trusted resource for title and escrow services, and led to his promotion to Account Manager in 2024. He is well-versed in handling all types of real estate deals, ranging from local single-site transactions to major national multi-site transactions across the country.

Tom is a Buffalo, NY native and currently resides in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. He is an active member of ULI Young Leaders and Chicago Loop Alliance and enjoys attending various industry events. He received his undergraduate degree in finance from Xavier University in 2018.
